They said that Israeli forces rounded up eight Palestinians from the southern West Bank district of Bethlehem including a mother of two children, identified as Shurouq al-Badan, after breaking into and ransacking her family house in Toqua town, east of Bethlehem city.

The 28-year-old mother, who spent some 20 months in administrative detention, was arrested only six months after being released from Israeli custody.

The soldiers detained four others, including a 17-year-old minor, after storming the houses of their families in Beit Fajjar town, south of Bethlehem.

They also conducted a similar raid in Beit Sahour city, east of Bethlehem, resulting in the detention of three others.

In the Jerusalem district, Israeli police rounded up five people, including minors one of whom is aged 15, after raiding their family homes in Isawiyya neighborhood of occupied East Jerusalem.

In Ramallah district, the sources said soldiers raided Amari refugee camp, south of al-Bireh city, resulting in the detention of one person.

Similar raids were conducted in Birzeit town and Deir Nidham village, north and northwest of Ramallah. Neither detentions nor injuries were reported though.
